How does Specialty Assistance operate?
Specialty Assistance will appoint a medical expert in case of a medical emergency. This expert will have complete and free access to your insurance details as well as your medical file to assess the validity of your claim. A valid claim will be completely managed by this expert, which would include provision of suitable means of transport in consultation with the treating physician as well. Please note that Air ambulance transportation is limited to intra continental transportations and to critical cases which cannot be accommodated by any other transportation means.
