Agent Referral Form (Bancassurance Sales Officers)

Welcome to the Dost Referral Program, a Program through which you can refer your friends/acquaintances for the BSO/BSE position and win a reward of Rs. 5,000 per referral.

Please note the following Program details:

The Referral program is for Banca sales (BSOs/BSEs) positions only.

The Referee will receive the reward of Rs. 5,000/- when the referred BSO/BSE sells his/her first policy within the first two months of hiring (Taxes applicable as per Govt. of Pakistan).

If the same person is referred by 2 employees/agents, the first employee/agent who referred the candidate will be eligible for the reward (one name shall be tagged to one CNIC only).

The initiative is for pan Pakistan.

Please note the following Terms & Conditions for eligibility:

1. Employee/Agent in manager cadre will not be eligible for the cash reward. Managers are required to cascade this down the line to Sales Staff (BSO/BSE/BFC).
2. Referred candidate should have a minimum of Intermediate Degree. Graduate candidates will be preferred.
3. The Referee will receive the reward of Rs. 5,000/- on the referral’s first sale within two months of hiring (Taxes applicable as per Govt. of Pakistan).
4. The reward disbursement will take minimum one month post sale (Date of First Policy sold). The referee must be an agent/employee of the Jubilee Life at the time of reward disbursement.
5. In case the First Policy sold gets cancelled before Reward’s disbursement, the referee will not be eligible for reward.
6. If the same person has been referred by 2 employee/agent, the first employee/agent who referred will be eligible for the reward (one name shall be tagged to one CNIC only).
7. You cannot refer a candidate whose hiring request is already in process.
8. The referred candidate will go through an assessment/interview/selection process.
9. The Referee can provide multiple referrals and be eligible for multiple rewards (subject to criteria fulfilment).
10. In case of any dispute, management decision will be full and final.
11. The initiative is for pan Pakistan.
